Design and Experiment of Lightweight Dual-Mode Automatic Variable-Rate Fertilization Device and Control System

China’s agricultural facilities are developing rapidly and mainly operated through household contracting. Due to a lack of suitable variable-rate fertilization devices, manual blind still widely exists, resulting in fertilizer waste environmental pollution. Meanwhile, existing devices cannot simultaneously meet the needs different methods for crop cultivation, increasing cost mechanized fertilization. This study developed lightweight dual-mode automatic device control system strip spreading The least squares method was used analyze amount discharged per second at volumes rotational speeds device. quadratic polynomial model fits well, with determination coefficients greater than 0.99. variable models were established. Experiments carried out. results experiments show that maximum relative error (Re) granular nitrogen (NF) 6.81%, compound (CF) 6.2%, organic (OCF) 6.83%, coefficient variation (Cv) uniformity 8.91%. Re NF 7.31%, CF 6.76%, OCF 7.43%, Cv lateral 9.88%, total 14.17%. can amounts, types, facility cultivation stages. study’s provide theoretical basis technical support designing optimizing multifunctional precision systems.
